There will be two types of farms in the future.

  1. Large-scale low-cost commodity producers will make 90% of the food consumed. These farms will tend to be in rural places that are on average 3 or more hours from any large population center mostly in the “flyover states”. They will be 10,000 acres, cows, pigs, or much more, sell to coops and large corporations to make CPG products…
